Patrick started his fundraising career in 1991 working with Andrew on a £2million appeal with Abbeyfield. Following Andrew's firm belief that this is a very personal form of consultancy in which clients appreciate the hands-on “owner consultant” Patrick formed his own practice, Tarnside Consulting, in 2002, based in the Lake District. Angela Jones – Office Administrator & Researcher
A graduate of Birmingham University, Angela started her career in in airport
management prior to marriage and starting a family. She returned to work part-time,
becoming Andrew de Mille's office manager from 1982 until 1988, when she took
full-time work at the National Film and Television School. She held senior
posts there until returning to run Andrew's office and organise all the research
requirements in 2004.
Sue McCauley – Book-keeping & Accounts
Sue, the proprietor of Pink Accounts,
has set up all our book-keeping systems and ensures that we remain solvent.
David Coldwell – IT Systems
All the office computers and network requirements are looked after by David, and his firm Coldwell Associates - always a very welcome and cheery presence when systems crash or the coffee ends in the printer.
Caroline Barrasford – Designer
Caroline does all our design and layout work, and undertakes a considerable
amount of brochure and leaflet design for our clients too. She also designs
and maintains this website. Caroline studied book design and production at
Oxford Brooks University and now specialises in print and web design.
